Its first mandate was loan collections and receivables management for Swiss banks, at national, cantonal, and international level. Bank work leaves habits: documented files, audited money flows, and no contact with a debtor that could not be defended in front of a regulator.
The agency has since grown well beyond that first mandate into cross-border commercial recovery across industries, under the same Swiss oversight. A demand carries weight when it comes from inside the debtor's market. Our own offices cover the corridors where our clients trade most. In every other jurisdiction we work through collectors and retained lawyers based in the debtor's country.
Your debtor hears from a collector in their own country, in their own language, citing their own law. A letter from abroad gets filed. A letter from down the road gets answered.
No registration fee, no retainer. The success fee is agreed in writing before you place the case, and it is due only on money actually recovered.
Every escalation is your decision. Before any court step you receive a recommendation and a cost estimate, and nothing is filed without your written approval.

The team works in more than 20 languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Arabic, Portuguese, and Polish. Debtors are always contacted in their own language by a collector based in their country.
The success fee is a percentage of the amount actually recovered, agreed in writing before work begins. There are no registration fees, retainers, or hidden charges. If nothing is recovered, no fee is due. Court costs, where a case needs them, are quoted and approved separately.
